What are Nootropics
By definition, nootropics are cognitive enhancing supplements – chemicals (regardless of whether they are naturally occurring or synthetic) that provide a benefit to our brains, improving creativity, focus, memory, motivation and executive function. Many nootropic supplements are found in everyday products – primarily in coffee, meats and other protein-containing foods, just to name a few naturally occurring sources of nootropics.
A nootropic stack is simply a list of nootropics that are ‘stacked’; sometimes with an included usage guide.
Who uses Nootropics?
Nootropics are a growing phenomenon, and becoming increasingly popular among students, long-shift workers and professionals who’s days consist of a high demand of consistent peak cognitive performance. Nootropics assist these people because of their ability to provide the mental boost that gets these people over the line, to constantly perform at their A-game. Often those who use nootropics identify as ‘biohackers‘.
